Dr. Tasheka L. Green is an accomplished educational and leadership strategist with over two decades of experience driving organizational growth, strengthening systems, and improving performance across schools, districts, institutions of higher education, and international learning communities.

Throughout her career, Dr. Green has served in diverse leadership roles, including classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, director of school performance, regional assistant superintendent, systemic improvement specialist, executive leadership coach, and consultant. Her work spans local, national, and international contexts, where she partners with leaders to align vision, structures, and resources in order to produce measurable and sustainable results.

Dr. Green is recognized for her expertise in strategic leadership development, continuous school and systemic improvement, evidence-informed instruction, and organizational culture transformation. She integrates disciplined planning with structured implementation frameworks that move organizations beyond intention into aligned action and sustained performance.

Her work and leadership practices are featured in Data Wise: Educators Collaborating So Each Learner Thrives, Third Edition, published by Harvard Education Press. In addition, she has served as a Senior Teaching Fellow with the Harvard Graduate School of Education, supporting leaders in applying research-based improvement processes to strengthen instructional leadership and student outcomes.

Dr. Green’s international work includes partnering with educational leaders and institutions beyond the United States, providing strategic coaching, professional learning, and system-level improvement support. Her global perspective allows her to navigate diverse educational contexts while maintaining a consistent focus on clarity, coherence, and measurable advancement.
